Points are earned from eligible purchases. Awardable totals are based on approved merchandise value and the published earning policy. Shipping is not included. Points shown on product pages and in the cart are estimates, not a verified balance.

Only completed, delivered purchases count. Cancelled, undelivered and refused orders do not earn points.

Returned or refunded items do not earn points for the returned amount. Points already awarded for those items may be adjusted by our team.

Claims are handled by the Amara’s Room team on WhatsApp. We confirm your eligible balance and explain the available rewards and any requirements before a claim is approved.

Points that have already been redeemed cannot be claimed again. Previously approved claims are deducted from your remaining balance.

Your name and the email or phone number you used are used to find your orders. They do not prove ownership on their own, and we may ask for additional verification before sharing or redeeming a balance.

There is no automatic discount at checkout and no automatically generated store credit. Points are not a cash balance and cannot be withdrawn. Only reward options approved by Amara’s Room apply.
